Guiding you toward greater self-discovery, compassion, and growth, I believe each one of us has the ability to connect with our own inherent wisdom to create a meaningful life.

What is Integrative Psychotherapy?

How can we synthesize what we know with what we learn from healing work and bring it into life and relationships? How do we bring our highest understanding of ourselves into day to day lived experience so that our lives reflect our transformation? What skills support inner work? What does any of this have to do with thriving and fulfillment? These are some of the questions I explore with clients. Integrative psychotherapy is an embodied approach that blends theoretical approaches to maximize outcomes. When addressing inner or interpersonal conflict I help you access an embodied self-inquiry that includes felt sensation, emotion, perception, cognition, behaviors, relationship with self and the therapist. I practice techniques that are effective and are evidenced-based. Additionally, I provide you with the theoretical rationales behind the techniques I use and together we choose a useful approach that resonates with you. Inherent in this approach is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I develop strong connections with clients which help facilitate deep work. Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that empowers the client(s) to make choices that reflect what the client wants and are aligned with their wellbeing.  Integrative psychotherapy helps you make meaning of your experiences, synthesize new information, and embody transformation. An experience of wholeness unfolds where all parts of experiences are assimilated so that you are thriving and no longer reacting to life.

“Our suffering comes from our unlived life – the unseen, unfelt parts of our psyche.”
